1) Job Role / Function- Corporate Credit & Trade Finance                      Location- Colombo Branch

Designation - Relationship Manager - Credit & Trade Finance

Position Overview

Job Summary:

• Building the advances portfolio of the branch in line with the Bank's strategic plan.
• Building trade finance portfolio of the branch in the with the Bank's strategic plan.
• Adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of corporate credit portfolio
• Recovery of irregular and non-performing assets

Knowledge Skills Required: -

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking industry.
• Of which minimum 6 years of experience in corporate credit and/or trade finance functions.
• Possessing in depth credit appraisal skill with knowledge of exploring MS Excel.
• Awareness of latest regulatory guidelines relating to Credit and Trade Finance.
• Knowledge of legal aspects of documentation and security Creation.
• Knowledge of local industry trends and cycles.
• Preferably a Chartered Accountant or an MBA in Finance.

2) Job Role / Function - Assistant to Financial Controller       Location - Colombo Branch

Designation - Assistant Manager / Finance Officer

Position Overview

Job Summary / Accountability:

Preparation of Bank Financial Statements, submission of MIS reports to Central Bank & Head Office, liaise with External Auditors, tax consultant & other regulators.

Knowledge Skills Required

• Successful candidate should be fully or part qualification in recognized accounting institute with 2 years External Audit experience.
• Strong Communication skills in English and Computer literacy are prerequisite.
• Previous Experience in Bank Finance Department would have an added advantage
