Public Relations Officer

The job holder is responsible to handle all inquiries and requests for service, provide information to customers over the telephone or at the reception counter.
The working hours will be shift based including 5/6 night shifts per month.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and Inter-personal skills and be a friendly, active member in a highly interactive team. Should be competent in working in a fully computerized environment. Credit pass for English at the G.C.E. O/L examination and minimum of 3 passes in the G.C.E. A/L examination coupled with experience in a medical background would be a definite advantage.
