We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals to be responsible for the progress & performance of a large building complex project at Homagama.
Senior Project Managers
- Chartered Engineer with B.Sc. (Eng)
- Civil Minimum of 10 years experience in large scale building projects
Construction Managers
- B.Sc. (Eng) Civil, or equivalent Qualification
- Minimum of 6 years experience out of which at least 03 years should have been in large scale building projects in the capacity of a Construction Manager
Senior Planning Engineers
- B.Sc. (Eng) Civil, or equivalent Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience out of which at least 03 years should have been in large scale building construction
Senior Site Engineers - Building Construction
- B.Sc. (Eng) Civil, or equivalent Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience out of which at least 03 years should have been in large scale building construction
Engineers (Civil / Electrical / Services)
- B.Sc. (Eng) or equivalent Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience out of which at least 01 year should have been in building construction
Engineering Assistants (Civil / Electrical / Services)
- NOT (Civil) or equivalent Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience out of which at least 01 year should have been in building construction
Technical Officers (Civil / Electrical / Services)
- NCT, City & Guilds Advanced Diploma or equivalent Qualification
- Minimum of 10 years experience out of which at least 05 year should have been in building construction
Quantity Surveyors
- B.Sc (QS) with minimum 2 years post- contract experience NCT (QS) ,
- City & Guilds (QS) or equivalent Qualification with a minimum of 6 years experience in post- contract work or any higher qualification with post- contract experience
