HEAD OF RESEARCH &  DEVELOPMENT & QUALITY ASSUAFtANCE

We are looking for a dynamic, talented individual who could lead our research and development and the quality control department in order to be at the forefront of the competition.

Requirement,

• Highly motivated Bio/Physical science degree holder or any other equivalent qualification with regard to plastics. (knowledge on chemicals used in the plastic industry is a must)
• Insight knowledge about blow molded and injection molded products.
• Minimum 3 years' experience and a proven track record in the plastic industry.
• You should be a self-organized, enthusiastic person with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Should be disciplined and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities,

• You will be in charge of research and development and quality control.
• You will be responsible for innovations in the production process.
• Constantly develop new techniques to manufacture products in a cost effective manner without compromising quality.
• Ability to identify new opportunities in the market.
• Maintain stringent quality standard throughout the production process.
