ABS Information Systems (Pot) Ltd, a leading software company in Sri Lanka which provide ERP Solutions, Accounting, Inventory, HR and Payroll Management Software, seek for young, dynamic, result oriented, self-motivated and energetic individuals for immediate engagement.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
You should contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business strategy together with the CEO and the Senior Management Team. You should play a significant role in long term planning with the view to delivering operational excellence.The Ideal candidate should be possessing tertiary qualification in Management preferably in Business Administration from a recognized institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in software/service industry.
SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
The desired candidates should be able to map business requirements to technical terms, design and develop solutions with the use of Software Engineering practices such as Architectural and Design patterns. Should be dynamic and enthusiastic team player having relevant qualifications and experience in programming. Minimum 4 years' experience in VB.net, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports and MS SQL/Oracle is essential.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES
The selected candidates should strive towards achieving sales targets by 1 identifying and developing opportunities. The applicants should be willing to visit customers frequently for discussions, demonstrations and I equipped with good interpersonal, communication, presentation and computer skills. Having full or part qualifications in CI M/SLIM, degree in marketing/ management, minimum 03 years' experience in marketing are all essentials. A basic knowledge of accounting would be advantageous.
