The role will be responsible for :

• Follow the set process to fulfil requested IT Services.
• Co-ordinate with external vendors to fulfil sevice requests.
• Provide 1st level support in the field.
• Escalate to the TS Senior Engineer on IT Service Requests that needs their attention.
• Generate various reports on the field support provided or completed IT Service Requests.
• Timely escalation to the line manager on open issues and potential issues.
• Provide regular weekly and monthly reports on attended operational jobs - Highlights of completed jobs, issues and sisks.
• Perform other duties and functions deemed necessary by the Company for the purpose of the Company's projects, services, and solutions, in line with his qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate should possess :

Minimum Qualification :

• Graduate in Science or Computers or Engineering or Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification Course in CCNA or MCSE.

Minimum Experience :

• 3 or more years experience in similar field.
• Knowledge of End User IT Equipment including telephone devices.
• Usage of IT Service Desk system.
• PABX system awareness.

Only candidates who meet the minimum criteria will be called for interviews and the selected candidates will be required to travel overseas on a long term overseas assignment.
