Marketing Automation Consultant CRM Specialist

Design, implementation, and testing of CRMs, demand- generation marketing programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, prospectcustomer segmentation and automated communications programs.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a software technology or business analysis position.
- Experience with Marketing Automation solutions (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Aprimo, Unica) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, MS CRM, Siebel On Demand) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Exceptional proficiency in learning complex software solutions.
- Proficiency with designing solutions based on client needs.
- Exceptional client services and support skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of SaaS/lnternet based technologies preferred as well as related technologies such as databases and integration frameworks.
- Business Analysis experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to design, configure and execute marketing automation platforms, and integration with client CRM systems.
- Perform Demand Generation/Outsourced Marketing tasks on behalf of clients including creation of email/landing pages/templates and web form templates.
- Assess marketing automation performance and provide recommendations to our lead consultants and clients.
- Advise on best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, and projected results.
