Six years of experience in J2EE technologies including software design experience and leading teams.
Key Role :
- Candidate will be working in J2EE technologies and should have the ability to mentor team members technically providing proper direction and building technical competence within the team.
Requirements :
- A degree in Software Engineering from a recognized university.
- Six years of experience in J2EE technologies including software design experience and leading teams.
- Strong analytical end design skills.
- Be an excellent communicator in English.
- Good interpersonal skills to lead a team technically.
- Experience in Agile based methodologies such as Scrum/XP will be an added advantage.
