• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets of the given brands, provide excellent Customer Service, helping Customers with their queries, offer product information, merchandising, replenishing shelves and assist with Stock taking.

Applicant Profile :

• Males / Females between the ages of 20 - 30 years.
• G.C.E. (O/L) with at least Six (6) Credit Passes including Credit Passes for Mathematics and English.
• Possess an outgoing "Bubbly” personality.
• An excellent command of the English Language, both verbal & written.
• Ability to speak fluently in other languages, an added qualification.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to win new customers.
• Good negotiation and customer facing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets / deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar capacity is an added qualification.
• Physical fitness & stamina is a must. (Preference will be given to candidates with sports achievements).
• Willingness to work on 12 hour day / night rotating shifts.

The company will provide comprehensive training in all aspects of retailing to the selected candidates.
