• Ensure that set targets for the Branch are achieved while maintaining a close rapport with Customers
• Ensure implementation & maintenance of proper internal processes & controls
• Overall supervision of operations including daily reconciliation & balancing suspense, debtors, creditors & cash accounts
• Effective people management & developing subordinate staff
• Cross selling of Bank's products
• Identify new avenues to optimize Branch revenue

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 05 years of post qualifying experience in a Bank out of which 02 years should be in a Branch

or

• AIB/Diploma in Bank Management with 07 years of experience in a Bank out of which 02 years should be in a Branch

He / She should be preferably below 45 years of age. If the successful candidate is above 45 years he/she will be recruited on contract basis. Remuneration is Negotiable
