• Ascertain that all branches & divisions of the Bank comply with policies & procedures of the Bank & directions of regulators & report to Compliance Officer of deviations
• Assist Compliance Officer in developing compliance policies,
• procedures in line with regulatory requirements and communicate to all staff
• Liaising with internal & external Auditors & Risk Management Division of the Bank
• Represent the compliance function at relevant internal & external committees

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess LLB or be an Attorney - at- Law with 05 years of post qualifying experience preferably in a Bank or Financial Institution with exposure to compliance function

or

• AIB /Diploma in Bank Management with 07 years of experience preferably in a Bank or Financial Institution with exposure to compliance function

He/she should be self motivated target driven individual with an excellent service mindset to provide superior service to Customers
