You should hold:

• Degree or diploma or any other professional qualifications in Human resources with a minimum of three years experience in the capacity of HR executive.
• You will be responsible for all the HR activities in the facility, you are responsibilities will include interviews and recruitments of staff and workers to full fill the Company requirements, retention and training and development of employees, monitoring employer/employee relation including IR and other HR functions.
• You should be empathetic approachable, positive minded and dynamic and with the competency for trouble shooting.
• Candidate should hove ability to communicate in both Sinhala and English.
• Age should be below 40 years.
