Required Skills

• Proven mastery of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Pro and supporting Adobe Suite Products (e.g. Photoshop);
• Knowledge of Avid, After Affects and compositing software a plus;
• Fast, adaptable non-linear editing skills;
• Understanding of YouTube publishing standards
• Skill to edit creative or meaningful sequences from available footage;
• Having a high level of computer literacy;
• Ability to prepare and fine tune audio assets;
• Knowledge of Photoshop image editing.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in time critical situations;
• Knowledge of deliverable transcoding specs for web;
• Have prior editing experience with portfolio of previous jobs;
• Highly motivated and energetic multi tasker that is creative and a visionary;
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Based on assigned audio scripts, be able to create, convert and publish on YouTube at least two high quality videos within five working days.
• Edit uncut video footage and create a meaningful video.
• Participate in marketing strategy discussions to define objectives and determine needs and goals of the videos target audience.
