Its development division Digital Glare (Lanka) based in Colombo, Sri Lanka which has been predominantly catering to its international clientele, is now expanding to offer its products and services to the Sri Lankan market. Digital Glare (Lanka) specialise in web design, web development, email marketing and ecommerce solutions.

Digital Glare (Lanka) is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated young person to join our highly skilled team as a web applications developer.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WITH

• A minimum of 4 years+ solid experience as a web developer
• You MUST have extensive experience in software development and database design and implementation
• 2 years+ proven experience developing AJAX applications with frameworks including JQuery
• You MUST have extensive experience in Zend framework. MVC structure, OOP and TDD
• You MUST have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Oral communication test will be given during the interview
• You must be able to develop necessary specification documentation and use cases
• IT/Software development based degree or an advanced diploma or similar qualification from a recognised institution in Sri Lanka or overseas
• Excellent attention to details                                                
• A good knowledge and understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and Bootsrap framework
• A good understanding of ecommerce platforms
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and take responsibility of projects
• You must possess a self learning attitude
