We are looking for a suitable individual to work in the Legal Department; the selected candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the legal functions and related advisory services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing advocacy on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
  • Review various types of contracts, commercial agreements and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
  • Litigation management - advise, coordinate and continuous monitoring of all legal matters related to Asiri group of hospitals.
  • Prepare monthly reports and necessary check-lists in order to ensure smooth functioning of legal actitivities across the group.
  • Ensure relevant documentation are in order and liaise with relevant departments and external authorities to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and advise Management accordingly.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Possess an LLB Degree or Attorneys at Law.
  • A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Legal Officer with a proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal services including contract drafting and negotiation.
  • IT literacy, excellent communication and people skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in managing litigation matters and ability to independently interact with various external authorities.
