We are looking for a person below 45 years of age, with relevant experience and the motivation to achieve a high standard of preventive maintenance leading to optimal productivity. He should have a good awareness of costs and continuously look at ways of achieving cost savings by application of innovative techniques. The job requires planning, budgeting and executing through both the hotel maintenance team and subcontractors. Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration/air conditioning, mechanical and civil works is necessary to achieve best results.

Applicants should possess a B.Sc. Engineering degree or National Diploma in Technology or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 5 years experience in executive capacity in the maintenance of hotels or a manufacturing facility. Computer literacy is essential.
