Our factory is located at No.86, Maligawa Rd, Ratmalana. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced high caliber candidate to fill the following position in our company.

Highly competent individual between 28-35 years, for immediate employment with extensive experience in the manufacturing industries along with a professional qualification. Ideal candidate should be:

• A person with a HR Degree from a recognized university or PQHRM from IPM or Advance Diploma in HRM from NIBM. Postgraduate diploma certificate in HRM will be an added qualification.
• With the ability to work independently and with inter personal skills.
• With minimum 05 years experience in the field of which 03 years should preferably be at senior management level.
• A logical and analytical minded person with effective and polite communication skills. Fluency in English and Sinhala languages is a preferable qualification.
• A smart, intelligent, hardworking and outgoing personality.
• With ability to lead employees to handle multiple tasks and willing to work long hours.
• With capacity building and training ability.
• With strong planning, organizing, coordinating and negotiation skills and ability to plan works and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in handling labour related matters with good knowledge in Ladour Law.
• With ability to work under stress and to deadlines.
• With advance computer skills in word and excel and computerized attendance and payroll system.
• Prefer a resident at a close proximity to Ratmalana
