The ideal candidate for this position will be a fully qualified chartered or Management Accountant with at least 2 to 3 years post qualifying experience in reputed organization. You should be between 35-40 years of age with excellent organizing, planning, analytical and communication skills both written & verbal. Good Leadership qualities, attention to detail and accuracy, good inter personal skills with the ability to work under pressure are attributes sought.

The Key responsibilities will include the Following:

• Compile and analyse financial information and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure that financial statements are prepared in keeping with accepted policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all accounting deadlines are met.
• Prepare budgets and submit monthly variance reports to manage­ment.
• Prepare regular profitability/cash forecasts and monitor actual performance against such forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial data bases.
• Supervise the staff of the Accounting and Finance department and ensure that financial and operating procedures of the company are adhered to.
• Monitor and support statutory and regulatory compliances including tax matters.
• Management of inventory and ensure proper cash controls.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions with a view to ensuring a smooth cash flow.
• Adherence to strict credit control
