Client Summary:

The Company, with the objective of embarking into the next phase of growth, wishes to develop its Fixed Deposits, Leasing, Hire Purchases, and Pawning and increase performance in the market place.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement a business plan with identified target groups, target markets with identified volumes to bring in a high level of new deposits to the company.
• You would directly report to the Managing Director and be a part of the Senior Management Team
• Main responsibility will be to develop strategies in Marketing & Business Development to Improve Deposit Mobilization.
• Develop drive and motivation to the marketing Team in order to achieve set targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate and Individual Clients
• Increase penetration into new geographical areas and develop a sales culture and marketing plan
• Innovate and develop value added products
• Over all Responsible for the Deposit Department

Credentials:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Finance and Leasing sector in the managerial level.
• Qualifications such as CIM/BSc/ MBA preferred
• Portfolio of Rs. 75 Million.
• Should be target oriented and willing to take responsibilities
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with a basic level of sophistication in personal interaction and grooming.
• Should have the ability to initiate and pursue the suggested projects
• A confidential personality with good analytical skills will be an asset.
