CF Lanka Micro finance Company seeking a skillful candidate for the post of Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager - Kegalle. This is the opportunity to join with the CFLMF team
Basic requirements:
- Graduate of Management / Agriculture or Diploma holder
- Experience in Micro finance sector is added advantage
- Must have excellent team building and communication skills, to motivate staff to work towards a common business goal, whilst working around problems.
- Ability to assist loan clients to develop business management skills.
- Should join immediately
- Ability to work IT environment with English communication skill
