Branch Managers - Kandy:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leadmg the Branch Team towards achieving set targets in terms of product sales, profits and client acquisition. The prospective candidate should have a thorough knowledge in both retail and SME banking products with adequate exposure to credit. He./ She will ensure smooth functioning of branch operations and also take responsibility of all staff matters. Ideal candidate should be fully conversant with English and Sinhala languages. Working knowledge of Tamil language will be an added advantage.

• Should be part or fully professionally qualified or hold a degree, with a minimum of 10 years of commercial banking experience at a branch and at least 5 years of managerial experience with exposure to all functional areas in a computerized environment.
• Must have excellent team building and communication skills and motivate staff to work towards common business goals.
• Should ideally be over 35 years of age
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the respective areas where the branch is located.
