Arpico Finance Company PLC is the second oldest Finance Company in Sri Lanka, with 62 years of stability in all classes of Installment Credit, Pawning and Acceptance of Deposits, and has shown steady growth in profitability with the implementation of new strategies.

The Company, with the objective of embarking into the next phase of growth, wishes to develop its Fixed Deposits, Leasing, Hire Purchases, Pawning and increase performance in the market place. We invite applications from suitable candidates for the below mentioned positions.

You will need to develop and implement a business plan with identified target groups, target markets with identified volumes to bring in a high level of new deposits to the company. You would directly report to the Managing Director and be a part of the Senior Management Team.

• To develop strategies, marketing and business development plans to improve the deposit mobilization.
• Drive and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• To increase penetration into new geographical areas and develop a sales culture and a marketing plan to
• tap new relationships with existing customers and new customers.
• To innovate and develop value added products.
• Take charge of the deposit department.

Credentials:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Finance and Leasing sector in the managerial level.
• CIM/BSc/ MBA will be an added advantage.
• Portfolio of Rs. 75 Million.
• Should be target oriented and willing to take responsibilities
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with a basic level of sophistication in personal interaction and grooming.
• Should have the ability to initiate and pursue the suggested projects.
• A confidential personality with good analytical skills will be an asset.
