Technical Lead - Test Automation

Requirements

• Proven ability with test automation design, development and architecting.
• A solid developer with 3 + years experience in any of multiple programming languages appropriate for automated test environments.
• Passion to deliver high quality work.
• Being able to quickly understand technical and business requirements and be able to translate into practical test suite.
• Experience with Selenium Web Driver or similar UI test automation frameworks.
• B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Implement automated testing wherever practical and appropriate.
• Building and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks.
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, work with all the teams within engineering to resolve issues and improve quality.
• Ensure smooth test execution in continuous integration servers.
• Automate the test cases of new product features using the framework and maintain the framework with enhancements.
• May take part in researching best practices, new tools and technology.
• Assist product teams to ensure sufficient test coverage.
• Participate with automation at different levels (Unit, Functional, UI, Integration, System load and Performance testing)
• Ensure product quality of the entire platform from UI through back-end services including scalability and reliability.
• Facilitate test-driven development.
• Provide input and vision for testing needs.
