ASIAN FINANCE LIMITED is a Licensed Finance Company with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.. The company has a diversified range of products and presently is involved in promoting Hire purchases, Leasing, Loans, Pawning Fixed Deposits and Savings.

Expansion plans of the company has created a need for a high caliber individuals to Head the Branch Office in Trincomalee, with a proven track record, innovative business ideas & the vision to reach great heights. Focus and dedication to reaching the company’s set targets vital.

If you are confident that you can manage the Branch Office and perform up to the Company’s expectations, you may be the prospective Branch Manager we are looking for.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years middle to upper management experience, preferably in financial services sector (Finance Company / Bank or Leasing Company). Should be between 28 -38 years of age.
  • Should be self motivated, team player and possess administrative and leadership skills.
  • Minimum G.C.E. (A/L).Advantageous to have qualifications in Markerting / Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this job in order to maintain sound relationships with the team, business partners and business introducers
  • Exposure to working in a computerized environments is essential.

The manager will be responsible for all activities of the Branch including the marketing of financial products and services. He will carry out credit appraisals, monitoring client activities, supervison and follow up of recoveries and also to mobilise deposits by way of fixed deposits and savings deposits in order to meet the goals of the Branch/ Company.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, Adaptable to change, Attention to detail, Willingness to learn and grow, and yet calm demeanor are essential from all selected candidates.
