Following vacancy exists within the Compliance Department of the Bank in the context of expanding its scope and functions.

The Job

• Identify legislative and regulatory requirements applicable to tlie bank on an ongoing basis
• Identify compliance risks within the bank
• Advise all levels of staff on requirements of compliance
• Conduct compliance reviews
• Engage in regulatory reporting
• Engage in conducting training on regulations

The Person

• Be a lawyer with over 3 years of experience
• Being at least partly qualified in Banking or Accounting would be advantageous
• Thorough understanding on banking regulations
• Possess good communication skills
• Good people management skills
• Excellent report writing skills
