Technology Delivered Customer Support Executive

we are on the lookout for Customer Support Executive to absorb into our permanent cadre immediately. Below is the minimum criteria for shortlisting.

Education Qualification:

  • Diploma in IT
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years in industry experience
  • MCP / MCTS/ CCNA/ RHCE would be an added advantage

Experience:

  • Good problem solver both in software and hardware
  • Networking knowledge for both WAN and LAN
  • Good knowledge and experience in system administration and deployment
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS windows Server platforms - (2003/2008
  • AD/DNS/IIS/TCP-IP/DHCP)
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010 platforms
  • Having Linux experience would be added advantage
  • Having a Riding /Driving license would be added advantage.
