What we want from you
- This role is responsible for maintaining development, testing, and production Linux servers..
- Installing new systems and applying change management standards
- Maintaining system security
- Installing and configuring software as required
- Reviewing logs and ensuring system availability
- Maintaining backups
- Identifying new infrastructure and improve IT systems / processes
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree is required - preferably in Computer Science or software related field.
Expert user of Linux command line (e.g. sed, xargs, find)
Fair Perl, Python or shell script programming skills required
Experience with virtualisation software
o Experience with monitoring software
Troubleshooting and monitoring skills must be at expert level
Experience with PostgreSQL, Apache Tomcat, Dovecot will be highly regarded
