Job Summary : Answer customer queries professionally

Duties |
Answer inbound calls and provide feed back |
Handle customer complaints and feed back |

Ensure quality of answering & meet targets |

Maintain service levels |

Log-in each call to the DAYLOG |

Machines, Tools, Equipments |
Full time PC login and wearing headset |
Working conditions |
Roster basis which might include weekends, mercantile & other holidays |
Person Specification |
G.C.E. (O/L) – Credit for English & Mathematics |
Any other related education will be an advantage. |

Experience |
Minimum 6 months in customer Service/ Call Center/ Sales &  Marketing will be an added advantage |
