Excellent editing, proofreading and formatting skills. Basic knowledge of HTML, RoboHelp andor Flare will be an added advantage.
As the Technical Writer, you are expected to be versatile, dependable, dedicated and capable of working under pressure. The ideal candidates should be thorough on creating documentation such as online help and user manuals for software applications.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in ICT / equivalent qualification.
- Excellent editing, proofreading and formatting skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, RoboHelp and/or Flare will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with industry experience in developing help files and user guides are preferred.
The ideal candidates should be able to organize and manage multiple priorities and posses excellent communication skills.
