The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
• Experience in using Selenium web driver and scripting experience is essential
• JEE skills and experience should include Java, EJB, JPA, JSP and Struts.
• Experience in XML, HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Oracle, MySQL, JBOSS, Design patterns, Hibernate,  and Spring Framework preferred.
• Capability in strategizing the testing approach and proposing best suited methods
• Competency in testing, reviewing and monitoring the process in a software project is required
• Ability to pick out software bugs and demonstrate good analytical and problem solving skills·      
• Industry  experience in QA with emphasis on complex applications and domains.
• Excellent communication skills
