Qualifications:
- B Sc in an IT related field or part qualification
- TIL certification or knowledge preferred
Experience :
- 2 years + experience in an IT helpdesk/service desk environment
Skills :
- Ability to converse in Sinhala, Tamil & English
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
- Business analysis skills to translate customer requirements to technical documents (optional)
- Basic software development/SQL skills (optional)
- Self- driven, dynamic and a good team player
