You should possess:

• A recognized degree or diploma in information technology, computer science or a related discipline  

OR

• An equivalent professional qualification.
• A good command of the English language with a zeal for writing.
• An aptitude for comprehending technical requirements and specifications, and communicating the details in a concise manner to business stakeholders or system users.
• Sound inter-personal skills with the capability to interact with development, analysis, and project management teams.
• The ability to produce quality work with minimal supervision in dynamic, deadline-drive environments.
• Strong documentation skills with MS Word.
• Knowledge of web applications will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in writing will be an added advantage
