The IT Systems/Infrastructure Service Desk is an integral part of the organization. It is the backbone through which the organization operates across. This business unit comprises of highly skilled individuals who are dedicated to their service objectives.

You will be working as part of the support desk team as a Systems Support Engineer providing support to our extensive client base. This position requires excellent communication skills, dedication and commitment.

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL HAVE:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in System Support & Administration
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Windows server environments such as 2000/2003/2008
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Exchange, WSUS, DHCP, DNS, IIS & ISA servers
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills
  • Knowledge in Antivirus products
  • Knowledge in Data Backup technologies
  • A good Knowledge of HP & Dell Servers
  • Knowledge/experience with routers and switches
  • EXCELLENT communication and customer service skills
  • Apple MAC/ Linux/ CISCO/ CITRIX/VMware will be an added advantage
  • The flexibility to work on a 24X7 Roaster system
