Srila Systems (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of a reputed UK Company is looking for a Technical Lead to work in our Sri Lanka office. We are looking for people who are interested in developing their career with us as we develop our software team.

Srila Systems is a UK owned fast growing IT Company with very ambitious plans. We are a subsidiary of one of UK's leading Insurance companies. We provide Insurance software to the UK market while managing an in-house Insurance management system.

Your duties will include:
- Line manage a small development team.
- Manage complex projects that have dependencies across teams.
- Involve in software developments where ever required.
You must have experience of:
- Excellent knowledge and experience in C# .NET, MVC, WCF and Entity Framework
- Automated testing and deployment
- Management of a smaller team
- Expert in cutting edge technologies and interest in learning new technologies
- TFS
- Team management experience with hands-on development skills
- Full software development life cycle experience
- Building fast, easy to use websites with ASP.NET and C#
- System architecture and design for high availability and scalability
- Leading the troubleshooting, investigation and solution of complex technical issues
- Technical coaching/mentoring
- Planning/Organisation
- Presenting/Communicating information
- Analysis and Decision making
Communication
Listening, spoken and written English with team members, peers and stakeholders inside and outside of Technology; social; people-oriented.
