Experience & Qualifications

• Hands on experience in SaaS, Cloud and Multi-tenant application development is a must
• At least 8 years software development experience. Out of that at least 3 years experience working with Java/J2EE technologies
• Experience in OOD/UML, Spring, Hibernate, Weblogic/JBoss, Tomcat, JUnit, Oracle and  working experience on Linux /Solaris environment are a strong plus
• Web application development and experience in Struts/JSF, Portal technologies is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar discipline

Personal Attributes & Competencies

• Must be self-motivated and work with minimum supervision to achieve deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Must possess excellent oral, written and presentation skills;
• Experience in a team oriented development environment is a plus
• Ability to grasp business and technical context
• Must be able to apply engineering processes and standards to achieve high quality
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels across distributed teams
• Experience in enterprise scale application development and the ability to understand and apply design patterns based on this experience.
