We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic personality for Support/QA Engineer role. The Support / QA Engineer will support our software products in a multivendor environment, working directly with our customers and partners. Work with highly knowledgeable group of customers and as an escalation point for Product Development teams within the organization. Troubleshoot complicated software issues, replicate customer environments in the organization. Manage critical customer issues and facilitate communication between customers, escalation, and engineering teams. Be a customer advocate for timely resolution of issues and for problem reproduction and escalation. Help improve processes and tools.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Software or equivalent professional qualification
- Excellent command in written and spoken English
- Ability to co-ordinate technical queries within and outside the Company
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language
Highly Desirable
- Basic C++& Java coding skills
- Experience working with foreign clients
