A minimum of 08 years progressive experience - minimum of 3 years in the same position in an industrial setup. (Exposure in an International Organization would be a distinct advantage);
Our client, who is a prominent multinational horticulture company in the country is currently seeking an outstanding and result oriented individual with a high level of responsibility and
commitment in the middle management level who would be required to assist to implement the vision, mission and direction of the Company, towards its successful expansion and growth.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A professional qualification in Business Administration and be a CIMA graduate;
- A minimum of 08 years progressive experience - minimum of 3 years in the same position in an industrial setup. (Exposure in an International Organization would be a distinct advantage);
- The ability to work with professional clients;
- The qualities of a good team player;
- Experience with ERP systems and operations modules;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Excellent Excel knowledge and analytical Skills;
- Should be between 35 & 40 years of age.
Job Role:
- Control of cost assignation to the cost centers and cost of purchases/transfers;
- Revision / Implementing of procedures relevant to the supply chain;
- Generating and obtaining correct data for calculating parameters of control;
- Calculating/reporting of established KPIs and developing new ones;
- Accurate valuation of all inventories;
- Cost calculation of finished and semi-finished products / Development of costing “ABC”;
- Participation in annual planning and budgeting;
- Elaborating/reporting on rolling forecasts;
- Presentation of financial reporting of the Company to BOD on applicable deadlines;
- Presentation of ad-hoc reports on need-to-know basis.
