ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Should be able to effectively collaborate with development & implementation departments to:
• Prepare various forms of documentation ranging from technical process documentation to end user FAQ and support documents
•  Responsible for maintaining different documentation versions and contributing to and organizing our internal Knowledge Base Wiki
•  Will need to ensure all documentation is clearly categorized and organized in a digital filing system
• Should possess strong communication and documentation skills
• Should be fluent in English and Sinhala.
• Should possess good writing and documentation skills and sound knowledge of MS Office products
• Should be able to simplify complex ideas and concepts into a concise, easy to understand format
• Previous experience in a Technical Writer capacity required.
• Should be a proactive team player, with the ability to work under their own initiative.
