Our factory is located in the Industrial Zone of Ekala. We are in the midst of a large scale factory expansion project aimed to meet the increased demand for thigh quality products. We intend stregthening our operational team and are in search of dynamic individuals who possess the requisite qualifications and experience to perform the job more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyzed and determines the most important accounts in the organization at any one time and determines the most crucial needs of these key customers.
• Carries them out to ensure that they receive first-calss customer care and service.
• Develops strategy to manage the account and settinmg objectives about the account management.
• Interacts and communicates with the client on a regular basis to determine changing needs.
• Carries out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.
• Comes up with a pricing structure for the client.
• Manages conflict and comes up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in the selling environment, particularly in the flexible packaging or aluminium industry or similar industry.
• Partly/fully qualified in CIM or recognized marketing qualification
• Outgoing personality
