I am on the lookout for IT Project Managers for a reputed IT Firm. THEJOB

• Successfully deliver projects to overseas clientele while meeting deadlines and maintaining an excellent relationship
• Follow Agile and PMI PM practices
• Monitor the quality of work delivered
• Mentor the juniors and the related team mates
• Anticipate challenges and be prepared
• Completing projects with profitability in mind and think like an entrepreneur

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry out of which at least 3-4 years will be in Project Management
• Knowledge of Agile project practices PMI Project Management methodologies
• Proven experience in client management
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• Negotiation skills to generate positive results for customers, stakeholders, and project team members when reaching desired objectives
• Ability to pay attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Excellent team working skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite including Microsoft Project
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

PMI-ACP certification or a Master degree in Business Administration and proven experience in the offshore business model are considered as added advantages.
