Candidate Profile

• Degree in IT 
• Should be fluent in speaking, documenting and expressing opinions constructively in English Language.
• Should be result oriented and need to have outstanding team working skills.
• Within the scope of the China & Sri Lanka law, should be prepared to work extended hours to ascertain the jobs are completed efficiently / timely.

Job Profile

• Maintenance and Repair Billing & EAM related routine work on time.
• Should be very much focused and practical in best practices in ITSM.
• Should be fluent in the system software configuration of CTOS, Billing & EAM related IT Hardware functionalities, integrations, performance expectations and end user training.
• Should be vigilant in every drawback/aspect in the operation of the CTOS & Billing 24hrs x 365days and report to the DGM-IT so that corrective and preventive actions could be channeled collaboratively for matters needing priority.
• Proactively advice/update DGM-IT on every technical/process/operational issue related to CTOS & EAM, so that resolutions could be collaboratively taken in order to avoid any business interruptions.
• Be responsible for  minor software development, implementation, maintenance and end-user training of production related sub-programs, inquiries, interface functions, applets, portals, ASPs, Oracle/SQL, WEBs interfacing with CTOS & EAM in minor/medium nature required , from time to time.
