Experience in designing and writing test automation scripts including use of one or more tools; TestNG , HttpUnit, Grinder or any other open source tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, Implement and maintain detailed concise test plans
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java/ TestNG is a must
- Champion quality improvements
- Review QA project artefacts including Test Plans, Test Scripts and project strategies
- Develop and execute performance and scalability tests using open source tools
- Experience & Qualifications
- At least 7+ years experience in QA.
- Hands on experience in SaaS , Cloud & Multi-tenant application development is a must
- Experienced in Java .
- BSc in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a Senior QA role with minimum 2 year playing the QA Lead role preferably testing web based multi-tiered clustered applications
- Experience on Linux / Unix environment with emphasis on test automation.
- Experience in designing and writing test automation scripts including use of one or more tools; TestNG , HttpUnit, Grinder or any other open source tools.
- Experience in Tomcat and Oracle.
- Experience in Struts/JSF will be an added advantage.
