We seek a young individual to take up the challenge of  a Business Systems Analyst. This position requires the candidate to identify, propose and implement cutting edge ICT solutions that suit best for the Group’s lending product offerings.

The Role

• Conduct requirement studies, gap analysis & develop functional specifications/system design specifications for Lending system requirements
• Project management activities for ICT solution implementations and translate business requirements to software requirement specifications
• Documentation of user requirements, project activities and related assignments
• Perform business support activities, troubleshooting  & provide user training on Lending application systems
• Interacting with clients and internal teams in order to ensure that the solution implementations are carried out to the best satisfaction of stakeholders
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other counterparts

Requirements

• Degree in relevant business stream/Information Technology or  equivalent professional qualification from a recognized University/Institute
• Experience in Banking/Lending/Finance sector business domains with a good understanding of business processes
• Must have good business analytical skills with excellent verbal/written communication skills 
• Knowledge in system analysis and design with a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and familiar with SQL would be an added advantage
