SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER / TEAM LEADER

Experience:

• 4+ years experience in requirement analysis & definition, software design & development, implementation of large IT projects and ERP implementation.
• 2+ years experience in leading development & implementation teams.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Software development knowledge in Microsoft .NET framework with C#.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET and MS-SQL Server 2005/2008  including other components in Visual Studio 2010/2012.
• Knowledge in business domain & accounting.

Responsibilities:

Selected candidate will be responsible for predictable, high quality delivery of software development and ERP implementation projects while facilitating & guiding team members using best practices in software engineering.

• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, planning & organizing skills
