Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a Bank or financial institution with experience in leasing or collections / recoveries.

OR

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Bank or financial institution with experience in leasing or collections / recoveries.
• A part qualification in Banking (Completion of four subjects at CBF Level) Or CIM/CIMA (Completion of 1st Stage).

Special Skills

• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Be conversant in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and practical problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently & multi task

Job Profile

• Manage & control the Collection targets
• Prevent leases from falling into NPL category
• Controlling of 20 % Provisioning projection cases of each due date
• Ensure to convert the NPL cases to Performing Level • Improve the overall individual collection ratio
• Visit clients, guarantors and other related parties when required
• Provide information, recommendations to the superiors to take decision & further recovery actions
• Coordinate with respective marketing officers in order to maximize the collections
• Coordinate with Documentation, Finance, Insurance and Operations Departments to solve customers issues
• Understand the client issues and negotiate with the respective manager to give the best possible solution
• Inform & educate clients about new procedures and changes
• Ensure that the collection process is in line with banks policies and procedures
• Ensure that decisions are based on the best practices of the industry
