Senior Software Engineer (.NET/SQL) – (Job Code – SIT01)

JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for design, development, deployment and maintenance of highly scalable windows and web based software solutions for our clients on the Microsoft Platform using C# / ASP.net and SQL Server 2008.

SKILLS AND PERSONAL PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree,  preferably in CS or a related field
• 3-5 years of intensive .NET experience.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience focusing on windows and Web based application development.
• Solid understanding of software development process, including object oriented analysis, design, and implementation.
• Knowledge and high degree of comfort with development across all application tiers: UI, service layer, business objects, data access, schema/modeling.
• High proficiency in .Net Framework 3.0 or higher, C# / ASP.net , JavaScript, JQueries, JSON, CSS, HTML and XML
• Experience writing multi-tier components for high volume systems.
• Experience with WPF and WCF
• Strong SQL Server based development experience including schema design, T-SQL & stored procedures and experience in SSRS, SSAS and SQL Server Integration Services will be an advantage.
• Knowledge & experience in Application Performance tuning
• Working knowledge in Crystal Reports 10 and 11
• A good team player
• Ability to effectively communicate with Superiors, peers & subordinates
• Flexibility to meet extended work hours when a requirement arises.
• Should posse excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to learn & research on new technologies
