Human Resources & Compliance Executive

Should possess a sound education with 2-3 years Experience in a similar position and have a thorough knowledge of the day to day functions of the HR department and Sound knowledge in labor law and buyer’s compliance & C-TPAT standards

1. ·Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
2. ·Collaborates with Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, etc. to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
3. ·Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
4. ·Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
5. · Should have a Bachelor’s degree preferably from (IPM or NIBM) and A minimum of 10 years experience relatively in a larger organization

Should be able to draft letters and in English and preferably in Sinhalese too using the computer. 

Salary Negotiable  

All positions for the successful candidates will be on a 3-year single basis contract with free Accommodation, Food and Airfare to Jordan and back at the completion of the contract.
