Job Description
- Ensure for efficient and proper maintenance of all the bank properties.
- Management & implementation of Group Health, Safety Environment strategies, policies, processes & standards.
- Ensure to implement country specific Security Management and support local businesses and to adhere to
Group and Local guidelines
- Ensure that all the internal clients get a timely & effective service.
- Insure that bank’s interests are protected at all times.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Housekeeping in all premises
- Implementation of Health Safety and environmental initiates
- Maintaining effective security network and CCTV system in all premises
- Maintaining of fire fighting systems in all premises
- Updating Webcore in timely manner
- Acquire global initiates and planning to implement with local resources. Develop Health, Safety and Environment Plans, to be executed in a timely manner.
- Carry out feasibility studies and proactively do forward planning to cater future HSE and Security related needs of the businesses.
- Introduce industry best practice to the role out of HSE and Security related activities
- Protect People & Property and provide secured workspace to staff and customer adhering to Group and Local Security guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technically competent professional with at least four years experience including Experience in all premises maintenance activities including HSE activities
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma in engineering
- Capable of being analytical, forward thinking, articulate and ability to embrace changes
- Very strong analytical mindset
- Diplomatic but assertive
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Multi-tasking and sensitive to cross-cultural exposures
- Independent but strong team player with ability to encourage and support individuals to achieve their full potential
- Strong interpersonal skills in an international context
- Strong systems/process awareness and aptitude
- Collaborative and persuasive
- Proactive problem solver
- Computer literate.
