• Must possess good team skills/ man management and should be able to develop a promising team to support the expanding market and better client servicing.

Job Description

• In -depth knowledge and experience of production, its planning and efficiency of the factory floor.
• Managing a team of operations and merchandising management professionals 
• Directly accountable for the delivery of the overall results of business as well as maintaining production targets.
• Responsible for overall performance of the factory and all staff functions - motivation, discipline and key deliverables.
• To act as line manager & mentor to all departmental heads
• Exposure to regional and global markets preferred with good knowledge of international business terms to support the department of  Exports.
• To recruit, train and develop mangement personnel and helping to develop and internal talent pool to support business growth.
• Ensure proper flow of information and communication with total emphasis on MIS
• To achieve the sales / revenue targets
• To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products according to their speciafications.
• to achieve target plan developing new ideas to achieve output and sales growth 
• Interact and co-ordiante with the Buying Houses and Direct Buyers
• To monitor staff planning and to ensure adequate coverage and productivity levels at all times - to ensure an understanding and implentation of all job descriptions of each individual
