Your main responsibility would be to generate slaes and marketing by telephone, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide product and service infomation to existing customers as well as the public. Job Profile

• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products and services.
• Conduct customer and marketing surveys.
• Respond to inquiries, handle and resolve complaints of customers and the public within the stipulated time frame.
• Ensure timely escalationof unresolved queries/ complaints.
• Provide customers with product and service information.

Applicant Profile

• Three passes at G C E Advance Level and be below 20 yrs of age.
• Possess pleasant and friendly mannerism.
• Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information and should be able to manage difficult customer situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
• Be computer literate.
• Previous work experience in a banking environment would be an added advantage.
• School leavers are also considered.
